I went at around 9:50 PM last night to the Walmart store, that closes at 11 PM. For a Black Friday, the store was not busy at all. I was looking for a specific item, which they unfortunately did not have. The 2 stars is not for that though. I sadly broke my ankle recently, and cannot walk very far distances without extreme pain, so my group parked in a handicap/disability parking spot with my state's temporary pass to walk in. When we finished looking around inside, right at 10 PM, we walked out of the first set of doors that led directly to my car parked in the first parking spot by that door. We were stopped at the second doors by a Walmart employee, that said in a passive aggressive tone that the exit was closed, for employees only, and that is why the one door was blocked behind us. We did not see the block, as it only blocked the one of two doors, and we did not purchase anything. We started turning around, as a member of my group said in a confused tone "Oh, really? We're parked right there." And the worker snapped back that it was employees only and we have to go to the other exit. I had turned around already, and I just told her (with no negative attitude), that I had parked in a handicap spot by this door for a reason, and I pointed to the large brace I have on. She started speaking loudly then, just repeating herself. She did not apologize or explain in a nice manner once. My group was upset by the encounter, and we walked to the exit on the other end of the store slowly for me. Honestly, I will never be returning to this Walmart. I understand there are rules to every store, and the door being closed at 10PM for employees was not the issue. (Although it was rough for me to walk all the way around). The older (woman) employee's insincere attitude and harsh words to my group is why I will not be returning. She could have explained in a much better and nicer way that we could not go that way. We did not know, and she acted like we were inconveniencing her greatly for being confused. It was only a 30 second encounter, that ruined the whole experience for us. A Walmart employee also laughed towards our direction when we finally made it to my car, but I am not sure if that was actually directed at us or not. Overall not a good experience with the few employees we saw or interacted with.

Recently came here to do some grocery shopping. I love how easy it is to access here and it's not even crowded either. It's got the same layout as a Walmart I've been too in Miami so I felt like I knew the place well. Store is very clean, Easy to navigate. Associates are friendly. Not a fan of their being too many self check out aisles and not enough employee ones.

Store is always in good condition and easy to find items (looking at the app will tell you the aisle), and I manage to get through checkout fairly quick. But their curbside needs work. I get the alerts to come and get my stuff (text, email and call) 2 days in a row, I go up to pick up and it's not ready. They can't find my Xmas tree order!! I tried calling and no one answers. Day 4, I finally get an answer (after trying to cancel the order) and they found it!! Also, When i picked up groceries and informed her I forgot my coupons, should I go get and come back or can I redeem later with my receipt, I was given the wrong info. I came back with receipt and coupons and customer service said no....I can only redeem at time of pickup. $13 in coupons unused.

I am above knee amputee confined to wheelchair; May 17, 2022 Stow OH. Supercenter - Awesome Friendly employees helped me find items I needed around the store...as I usually shop Walmart.com for delivery. The store was very clean and shelves were well stocked considering all the shortages . Also the self-c/o's were Great for ease of access for my wheelchair.

Nice clean Walmart. I needed to pick up some thing while traveling and found a Walmart on the Waze app and what a find. This was probably the cleanest Walmart I have ever seen. The parking lot was easy in access in and out. I liked everything about find. The store, the parking lot, the patrons, everything was good and not annoying as my customary experiences with the chain and brand. Definitely recommend this store in Stow, Ohio.

Ever time I go in there for something I need they don't have it. It's like the employee are slacking on the job. And I would it's more high schoolers. Last month I went there three time to get cat food and there was no at all. Like when you get the truck unloaded and start putting them on the shelf's. I had to go to a Giant Eagle to get the cat food for my cats. I know that places are short staff but that does give an excuse for some of the workers. I see more of them talking and not working. I worked in a fast food place for 5 years and if you are not working and is on the phone or talking. You get costumer that will get mad and write review. So please change that around. I would love to walk in and not see the store is haft empty especially in the cat food area.

Regularly out of common items any time of the day. Parking lot is pretty dysfunctional. They close early at 9pm. There's really no positives about this spot. It used to be more reliable.

Once more I have left this Walmart frustrated and without the items I went to acquire. Sadly, it isn't because they didn't have the items I wanted. It is the staff and the service. When I ask a question, the workers I spoke to today act like I am inconveniencing them. It isn't their department. They don't know where the key is (to the paint cabinet, this time). I would like to speak to a manager. Which manager? The store manager? In a meeting. Does he/she have voicemail? No Argghhhh! I give up. Save yourself the anxiety and pick another store. I know it is often less convenient and possibly a tad more money, but you will be helping the small business folks and saving yourself the frustration!

I've been a loyal customer for the past 11 years at the Walmart, located in Stow, Ohio. For the most part I am generally happy with the products they carry and the prices are fair. The management and other staffing are usually very friendly and helpful, but there have been times when seeking out management to resolve an issue, it seemed like a burden to help resolve the problem. If I could come in the store as a employee trainer, the first problem I would address is employee attitude and the use of the word...thank you, or maybe the lack of saying thank you. The other problem I see as a frustration is how groceries, cloths, pet food, and cleaning solutions are packed. Yesterday, when I started to unload my groceries I noticed there was cleaning spray among my cloths items. In addition, the Sandel's I purchased were with food items, and why would you put frozen items in the same bag as my boxed cereal. This to me is frustrating and shows carelessness by the employee. Otherwise, I will continue to shop at this establishment, but will become more vocal as I see items not being packed appropriately. All public servers of any business, should consider...the customer is spending their earnings and helping to keep employees employed. If you are not cut out to serve the public, then a more suitable job would probably be a better fit. In closing...how hard is it for a cashier to smile and say thank you after you have paid the cashier for your purchase. "There is only one boss; the customer. And he can fire everybody in the company from the chairman on down, simply by spending his money somewhere else." Sam Walton Founder of Walmart

Wtf. U have to stand in line to get into the Walmart. Are u kidding. I'm expected to wait in line for that. Taking my business elsewhere. Causing panic by over reacting to the virus. If they were concerned for the customers they wouldn't have 2 out of 20 lines open and half the self checks turned off. Always a pain in the a** going there...

As of late it feels that this Wal-Mart has really upped its game against shoplifters. But in doing so they have made everyone out to be a suspect and it feels pretty crummy. I, a paying customer, have my receipt and groceries inspected like I'm already guilty. How much does Wal-Mart really save by doing this and alienating many of its customers? I don't know but I'm shopping more and more at other stores.

We shopped here today to purchase the following items: boxes 12 x 12 x 10.5, arm & hammer light weight cat litter, beyond cat treats, duck brand bubble wrap. The store was out of all of the above except for a few remaining rolls of bubble wrap ( I see they have switched to a blue colored cheaper made bubble wrap). It seems like this store changed its merchandising overnight from name brand quality merchandise to shoddy junk. We spent over $5000 at this store this year. We purchase for both personal use and for our business. Now I will have to source my packing materials and pet supplies elsewhere. At this juncture I don't foresee us shopping here in the future.

This Walmart is slightly better than some of the others. For one, I have found people working in sections around the store (I see some reviews were it was noted there wasn't any). There is a decent section for grocery and produce items. Ditto for its clothing, automotive, home/kitchen, and sporting goods. Overall, this is a Walmart that shouldn't leave you upset. One important traffic info to remember. The way to get to this Walmart is through a light on Hudson Dr. Once you are in the "driveway" turn left for the entire left side of the Walmart parking lot. Turn right, and you are heading towards the outdoor section and for the parking lot of Lowe's. It can be kind of chaotic with the stop signs and right-of-way traffic, so keep your eyes up when navigating through this part.
