Went for a full groom for my boyfriend's shitzu, and a nail trim for my pitty puppy, okay prices, only $50 for the groom and $10 for the nail trim. Nice people, clearly care for animals.My issue came with the final results.When I brought the shitzu in I told them I wanted an all over very short puppy cut, but I wanted his ears and tail left a bit longer. They showed me examples of hair length with their clippers and asked which I wanted. I picked the second shortest.When I picked him up his har was twice the length of what they showed me, the fur on his face fur was still long, he has MUTTON CHOPS, and there are little tufts of hair all over him that got missed.With my pitty's nails... They needed more of a trim than what they did, it looks like they didn't trim them, and it seems like some were skipped.Over all I'm fairly disappointed.Two stars only because the people that run it are wonderful and it seems very clean.

I'm here for Double Dog Day Care. No hamburger involved. The owners and staff are great with the dogs. Axl comes home tired and happy.

I’ve been taking my dog to Double Dog since he was six months old (he’s now almost four). I trust them like family to ensure my dog is happy and safe. It was great to get him socialized at a young age, and he’s not stuck at home the days I have to work, Which is a bonus for my high-energy Husky mix. They also offer grooming onsite!

I took my 10mon puppy there yesterday her first time in daycare, when I picked her up I was amazed to see her hanging out with the other dogs having a good time. Everyone is friendly! I love my puppy like a child I wouldn’t leave her anywhere I didn’t feel good about I don’t have any hesitation about this place.

I brought both my dogs to get groomed here. They said it would take 2 1/2 hours to do them. Although, it took 4 1/2 hours to do them. We also told them that one was not fixed and yet they still put her with the other male. They told us he was on her and they don't know how long it was for. In the end they botched the grooming with random bald spots and left mats behind both of the ears on both dogs. They in the end still charged me extra money for deshedding yet they couldn't finish the job properly. Very dissatisfied, they cannot groom large dogs. Also don't leave your dog in their care they might end up pregnant.

I called about a grooming appointment last week. They said they would get back to me, and never did. To confirm, I called this morning and they said they didn't have me on the books but that I could come in today at 12:00 for an appointment. Then I came at 12:00 and they said the groomer never showed up and they didn't give me any warning before I came.To be honest this is the second or third issue I've had with them. I've seen p*** and pee on the floor, the room is very small for the very many dogs that are in there, and one of the times I picked up my dog after a full day here they said they had forgotten to feed her. Who does that?I love the idea of a local business doggie day care, but cannot not recommend this place.

I've been taking my 9-month-old Australian shepherd mix to Double Dog for a few months now, and I'm thrilled with the service. We take him there for 2-4 hours once or twice a week. It gives me a break so I can get some work done, he gets the socialization he needs, and the pricing is very reasonable. Staff is very friendly, and he starts losing his tiny mind with excitement as soon as he realizes we're getting close to the daycare. He loves, and so do we!

Wonderful place to take dogs when we were having some work done at our house. Staff was extremely pleasant, making it comforting leaving pets.

Was disappointed when I dropped my dog off today that I was notified 1/2 hour later than the appointment had been cancelled!
