I’ve never been a “customer is always right” type, and I go out of my way to be polite to anyone who works with the public. This CVS accidentally shorted me 100 pills on a monthly prescription. I brought the bottle in to ask if the mistake could be corrected, and the pharmacy tech immediately reacted with hostility and suspicion. Why hadn’t I noticed the shortage when I picked them up? (I don’t usually open my prescriptions and examine them while in line at the pharmacy). Where were the pills they HAD given me? (I took them as directed). She eventually walked off to ask another tech for help. Fortunately, he was able to track the error and fill the remainder, just in time for . . . the original tech to slam the bottle on the counter without so much as looking in my direction. I don’t expect 24/7 cheerfulness from anyone, ever, but like . . . was it something I said? Just trying to get the essential medication I paid for. Maybe drop the attitude.

Was told incorrect information from the pharmacy, which resulted in me running around all morning to get a script for a medication I already had a script for, and paying an additional 150 dollars. Filed a complaint and received zero feedback.

Absolute worst experience I've ever experienced with any pharmacy hands down. I was traveling for work and Karen, the pharmacist, decided she knew better than my doctor and wouldn't fill my medication. She stated that "leaving my medication at home" wasn't enough for her to give me 9 days (the amount of days I was traveling) worth of my medication. She let it be known it was her decision, and she wouldn't. She then said to call other CVS's and try to find someone who would feel "comfortable". Why would my doctor prescribe me medicine if I didn't need it? How does the pharmacy get to override my doctor? If I were to die while on this trip how liable is CVS? The audacity, lack of caring or help is beyond me. I will be speaking with CVS corporate and hope they will shed some light.

So so rude!! I'm new in town and staff gave me wrong information regarding transferring a prescription making me jump through unnecessary hoops to get my prescription filled at this location ! I will b switching pharmacies.

I've been going to this pharmacy for over 15 years. Up until the last year the service has been excellent. Due to short staffing and poor management the store is gone down the drain. Whenever you call the pharmacy you are on a 20 minute hold. When they pick up they're very rude and nasty. I imagine because they are stressed out because they're overworked.

Pharmacy is a total mess . Called to get scripts transferred to there location. They did not call for transfer . Then they tried to make me call for it . Well that's not how it works . I told them what Walgreens told me about the transfer and now I'm the j*** reallly

Long wait times and they do NOT call you when prescriptions are ready like they say they will. If you call in to ask they're rude! Hate this pharmacy!

Switching pharmacies. Unorganized, long wait times, I've tried picking up prescription 3 times this week.. 1x they didn't have my doctor request, 2nd time.... 20 min waiting in a long line, had to leave to go back to work and 3rd time.on my lunch break , their system was " down" On top of all that.... they've reduced their hours - so if you work 8-5 - good luck.. still w/ out my meds

worst pharmacy ever!!! over a half hour wait in the drive thru!!! inside...you stand in line and no one waits on you..15-20 minutes..what in the world..then they tell you its not ready when you've already received a text saying itsvready for pick-up..so you have to wait again...absolutely the worst service negative stars for rating

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever gone to. I've been waiting for half an hour and sat at the window for another 10 minutes pressing the call button multiple times. Rather than doing testing inside they had them in the drive-thru while the rest of us waited a ridiculous amount of time. I'm never coming back here. This is the worst service I have ever received in my life. Update: After waiting an additional 10 minutes while the employee at the window left at least two cars go ahead of me who arrived after I did, the employee was rude and did not apologize for the delay or give any greeting or courtesy.

Worst pharmacy ever! The gave me a hard time for two days before filling my sons prescription that their insurance company Aetna couldn't get right. Fill your scripts anywhere but this CVS!
