  Lack of customer service, needed a document notarized and was dismissed because I did not have an account with Citizens. I went to peoples bank in munroefalls and they where Very helpful and surprise I do not have an account with them. Reminds me what customer service should look like.

  Worst banking experience I came in on a Saturday to find banker to cancel a CD They told me she was booked all day Ridiculous that a bank has no available banker on a Saturday

  Worse bank ever and the branch manager is even worse . So rude!
