John and Chad came out and fixed it quickly, efficiently, and went above and beyond to clean up after themselves and leave a *decades old* window looking bran new. I was worried the style and age of the window would make it impossible to open and close it, calling for a replacement, but it works like new. They did not try to sell me on a new window or push services that I didn't need. I was left with the impression that they know their stuff and take pride in what they do.
