I had a tremendous experience at this jeweler! I’ve never had any jewelry repaired or resized before but the owners son, Mike, was able to walk me through what the store was able to do for me, got it done in a timely fashion, and it ended up looking fantastic! Thank you, Mike, and to the shop as a whole, for your fantastic customer service, keeping me informed throughout the process, and for your kindness!

I have been going to Braidy jewelers for over 15 years, they do a wonderful job! They have made me 3 custom pieces and they are absolutely stunning! Very professional, knowledgeable and kind. They are now making me a ring which Tony designed himself and a necklace and pendant made out of my mom’s wedding set. I always recommend them to friends and family. Can’t get service like this anywhere else.

Had a little accident playing with kids and broke my 10k gold chain, so brought it to here to Braidy Jewelers and with no problem they was able to fix it after a couple days, making the chain look brand new and not even a trace of looking like it was repaired at a very reasonable price. Def recommend this place for service and they are also really great on price if buying something new so I will definitely be returning to get my next piece of jewelry from them

Honestly, I think it’s a shame to write this review. The only reason I am writing this review is because the matter in which the son of the owner treated me. I own the law firm across the street, and my family has done business at Braidy jewelers for years. I brought my wedding ring in on a Monday morning to have a small diamond replaced and asked if it could be ready by Thursday afternoon. One of their newer employees helped me and said he thought that would be done. I called Thursday morning at 10 AM and left a message that I was coming to pick up The ring later today and I wanted to make sure it was complete. I didn’t hear back from anyone so at 3 PM I called to ask if I could get my ring. The sun answered the phone and said it wasn’t put in the right spot so it would not be done today or if I wanted to stay until 7 PM I could possibly wait, and he may be able to have his father get it done. I said that I could not wait because I was going out of town but I’d like to have my wedding ring for our trip. I told the son on the phone but I’d like to come get my ring for the weekend and I would bring it back Monday morning if they could just have it done by Monday at the end of day. The son was incredibly rude to me and told me that he couldn’t prioritize my ring over anyone else’s. I obviously wasn’t asking for special treatment. I was even giving him a chance to make right the fact that his newer employee made a mistake I went in to pick up my ring and said I thought it was very unprofessional how he told me on the phone that “ I need to understand how business works”. I told him he’s incredibly rude and unprofessional, and he asked me for my receipt and kicked me out of the store. What a shame. If I was his father, I would make sure he learned how to talk to customers so they didn’t lose more of their business.

Their website advertises 100% satisfaction guarantee in multiple places… until you’re not satisfied apparently. Tony was completely inflexible and verbally aggressive when I explained that I was not satisfied as he did not do what I requested. He said there was nothing he could do to fix the ring he made that looked nothing like the picture provided. He kept the original picture and accused me of bringing a different picture when he insisted in seeing a picture of what we agreed upon and I spent hours trying to find it again in my computer archives. I’m so heart broken that I have such a rude and dishonest man my business. Please look elsewhere for your jewelry needs. He’s nice until it no longer benefits him…

It doesn’t matter how long you have been going or how much you spend. If another customer comes in after you that he likes better he will stop helping you to help them, even when there’s another employee already helping them. Extremely rude. I have been in customer service my whole life and have been to many jewelry stores in the area and have never been treated or treated my customers like that.

My now-fiancée came here based on reviews to buy an engagement ring and they were fantastic from start to end. He purchased a ring and it was completely ready in less than a week and when I needed it sized down 1/2, it was literally done in 48 hours. Both Tony and Mike were very kind and made an effort to get to know my fiancée and I instead of treating us like a transaction. We’ll definitely go back for wedding bands and any other needs we have in the future. Thank you!!
