Air machine isn't free, everything is broken outside. Disappointed for the location

Went to put gas in my car at pump 1. When I was done, I learned the handle itself was broken and the lever was stuck on. Took so much force to stop it that it spilled gas on me and the car. Went in to tell the attendant. They did nothing. Pump is still active when I left. Tried to call the phone number for the station and it’s disconnected.

Place is run down. Store layout is poor, takes for ever to find the drink you want as they are scattered in different coolers all thruout the store. And worst of all the fountain drink machine had mold coming out of the ice dispenser when i tried to fill a large drink!!!

Worst gas station I've been too. Stuff is always broken, sketchy people hang out here, gas is always highest in town here.

Not sure if the pumps malfunctioned or what. It said I pumped 4 gallons at 4.29 and it stopped pumping. Knowing my prius was almost on zero I knew I should have at least 5 gallons to pump. It wouldn't pump more. Then I started my prius, the system said I had a full tank. Did I get 6 gallons shot in their somehow? Not sure what really happened. I know another customer said a worker came out looking odd/frantic. Then went back in and locked the doors.

As someone who really knows about this place it is horrible. They do have bad gas and continue to sell it even when their system tells them there is too much water in it. They don’t fix it. They just fired a manager who did dope and another one who was absolutely amazing. I don’t know what they are up to but I can tell you it is nothing good. There’s a reason they aren’t a real 711.

This place is actually disgusting; I’m not going to sit here and write out a well thought out piece for BP, so I’ll keep it concise. Bad gas that caused people’s cars to need repair, no slushee machine (this is technically not 7/11 but it kind of is), workers that don’t seem to care if you are there and trying to buy something. The workers will also put their fingers right on the top of cans you are about to drink out of. It’s like this place couldn’t get more disgusting if it tried

Bad gas! Ruined car! Car ran fine until filling up and then broke down 2min down the road.

Stopped there on Sept 9, 2020 for gas and it had mass amount of water in the gas. My insurance company will be following up with BP to pay for damages. I would give 0 stars if possible.
