I bought a bed here and had to return it because it started sagging very early on so they replaced the bed with a more generic brand which supposedly was the same cost of the other bed and now this bed is sagging a starting to lump up and it's only 2 years old. I've never had more problems getting a bed from any place in my life than here. They even sold me a cover to protect the bed which peeled apart and pieces were all over the mattress and my floor. I do not recommend buying a bed from this place ever.

Mark the salesman at the store was awesome. He greeted us immediately upon entering the store and asked how he could help. It was wonderful compared to other stores we had visited. He really listened to what we were looking into purchasing. He really offered many suggestions and explained the differences. The prices were reasonable compared to other stores we had visited and they had a good selection and best FREE DELIVERY AND SET UP!!

Not only was this some of the most reasonable pricing I found, I was tickled pink to hear they would deliver and set it up! They were on time, the process was seamless, and the quality of our pieces has exceeded expectations. End-to-end great experience and we will be buying more.

I've been meaning to leave this review for a while now recently my wife and I just purchased the bedroom suit .the gentleman who sold it to us was absolutely amazing the gentleman who delivered it was wonderful as well our problem is when we looked over the furniture after delivered there were marks all over it .they delivered it with the wrong box springs I stopped in and showed them pictures immediately after it was delivered nothing has been done I've called numerous times absolutely nothing has been done to make this right we paid $5,000 and we received damaged furniture as well with the wrong box springs

Update: New legs were delivered and installed today (April 2023).I purchased a mattress, adjustable base, and pillows from this location in August 2022. Salesman was great and so was the delivery, however, I was not home when the bed was delivered and when I got home I noticed the legs on the adjustable base were 12 inches tall. Usually the legs of an adjustable base have 2 sections so you can adjust the height, but not these. I called the store and informed them I needed shorter legs so my bed didn't stick up out of my bed frame. I was told someone would call me back. Never heard back from the store and called them and was told legs had been ordered and someone would call me when they arrived...6-9 weeks passed, no call, no legs, so I called the Twinsburg location hoping for better service....wrong...legs were "ordered" again and I was told I would get a call when they arrived. Another 6-8 weeks pass, no call, no legs. I called to check on the status and was told someone would call me back, but never received a phone call. After being VERY patient and waiting MONTHS for a call or my new legs for the base I ended up giving up and am now stuck with a bed that doesn't fit in my frame and sticks up out of it about a foot. Think twice before purchasing anything from this company because if anything is wrong you will be stuck with an item you are not happy with.

Just bought my 6th mattress from them. I have always dealt with Rick, but today we dealt with Rich. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Even though we pretty much knew what mattress we wanted he helped us to make sure there wasn't another brand that might suit us better. Now everyone in the house has new mattresses! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a mattress or recliner.

I purchase a California king ******** from these gentlemen about 20 years ago. Its in our guest bedroom so not used as much but still going strong. Beautiful as it is comfortable. At one point the word got out it was so comfy almost had to take reservations. Lol ??. Nice people there; real good prices. Give them a try, listed with the BBB, you wont be disappointed! ****

We went in knowing what we wanted, which helped. Rich greeted us and helped us find mattresses for us and one of our sons. While we tried out mattresses, Rich had the kids trying other mattresses. We also picked out a futon mattress.

Very disappointing. false advertisement about the product. do not order any products if you are not seeing on the show room and do not trust the advertisement nor any word. I order a bed set for my Son. since the product was not on the show room , Mark show the picture and start talking about the quality and the way this bed set constructed, after extra 2 week waiting, it comes all was just a false and fake information. the Bed set was two different type and the just match that by color. quality of the night stand and chest was just like the one he used as example of low quality. it is just some one selling a salvage car as a new car. I trust him since he was looking a good man and paid as a high quality bed set. do not order any products if you are not seeing on the show room and do not trust they advisement and word.

Just bought a mattress from Jake and could not be happier! The mattress quality is awesome, and the price was great - 10/10, will definitely be coming back here again!
