Phenomenal company and staff. We had the honor of painting their building, and was treated wonderfully. They are a first class company! They define what it means to do business the right way. I have a pair of WS-1100s that I got from Amazon several years ago. The right earcup suddenly stopped playing audio regardless of cable, or audio source. I didn't have warranty so I was worried I wouldn't be able to get these repaired. I was able to send my headphones to this warehouse however after getting in touch with Audio Technica support, and they had it repaired by the next day! Headphones like new! Definitely recommend this warehouse as a place for parts and repairs, and hopefully in the future they have warehouse sales again!

Great company! You can maintain direct dealer status by placing at least $5K in orders per year, which is noted in the contract that you sign. Everyone I've dealt with at the company (from sales, to customer support, to shipping) has always been helpful and polite.

Sent my turntable in for a repair; records were playing at a slightly higher speed, dust cover was destroyed, and (I found this out later) my stylus was broken. I called ahead of time to ask for specifics, anything I needed to know about sending it in for repair that wasn't on the website, etc., and the guy who picked up was super kind and helpful. Told me everything I needed to know, was articulate, and after I told him that I was concerned that the turntable would arrive after my warranty had expired, he told me that they would still fix it no charge if it arrived a few days late. Initially, I only wanted the turntable's speed to be adjusted, but they fixed the dust cover and stylus for free as well!!! It got back to me a few days before they said it would (amazing), and the speed is now PERFECT. They even payed for it to he shipped back to me! Overall, 10/10 experience. Totally blown away by Audio Technica's customer service and this experience ensured that Audio Technica has my future loyalty. Thanks to the team that fixed all the problems with my turntable!

Was awesome once upon a time. Now their stuff is filled with cheap/faulty parts. 2 pairs of headphones broke within 6 months and a record player blew out my midi controller. In 2011, I bought a pair of their headphones that lasted me 5 years and I loved them. These new ones are complete trash. How do two pairs of headphones go out, six months each? I'm an audio engineer, there is no excuse.
