Had an issue with a microphone. They had a new one in the mail to me the same day as I sent my email. Now that is great service.

I had a great customer service experience with them. You don't get that from many companies these days, and Audio-Technica products I own have been great.

Great company! You can maintain direct dealer status by placing at least $5K in orders per year, which is noted in the contract that you sign. Everyone I've dealt with at the company (from sales, to customer support, to shipping) has always been helpful and polite.
