If you’re looking to buy a home, you need to work with Angie. I am a first time homebuyer, and was very picky. I looked for over a year at what felt like 100s of homes. I contacted Angie when I was first considering listing my house for sale in late July. She talked me through the entire process of what I should do to get it ready for listing and showings and came by the house to stage it for pictures and tell me what that list price would be. I was surprised at her initial price because it was higher than I expected to list it at but within a few short days and a number of showings, it sold for well over list price and the appraisal was spot on!The closing process was a little more tedious because the buyer was having difficulty with their lender but Angie kept reassuring me that everything would be fine and in the end, everything worked out!I was so happy that she worked with me through the entire process from start to finish and I highly recommend her!!!
