Very disappointing I’ve shopped here a number of times for myself and Instacart orders and after the experience today I will not be returning to this Aldi. One of the employees almost ran me over with a pallet because I was in an isle looking at something and when I said sorry she ignored me and ripped the plastic off the pallet and then when I left her and another associate were talking and heard them say “can’t they see the isles blocked off” when in fact it was not it just had her cardboard thrown all over the place without a care in the world. Then when I went to the self checkout they had NO bags and got an attitude when I asked if they some in the back. I had went to get some boxes and as I was getting too an associate said you can’t use those ones and proceeded to rip the box out of my cart and then proceeded to get in my way as I was trying to get to the register. Another customer had asked for bags and this same associate said no we don’t have any just do what they’re doing and get a box or just carry the items out even though he explained that it wasn’t for him and she just scoffed and walked away all mad. I would never recommend going to the stow/kent aldis every again they have the rudest employees ever.

It's fine, I shop here often because of the prices. The majority of the products are good quality. Often, this Aldi is out of stock on at least one of various staple produce items I like to buy, and it seems like they never have bananas. The workers here are very busy shopping for online orders and are frequently darting around and cutting in front of you. There doesn't seem to be any sort of social contract with other shoppers here, you will be bumped into and run over by your peers, your way will be blocked, your existence unconsidered, especially if the "Aldi's finds" are particularly good that week. All card only self checkouts, save for one lane.

Love this store! My only complaint, their produce is usually half rotten & many times they're out of what I need. So, I usually have to stop at Acme afterward to pick up what they were out of.

Disgusting, and dirty , all the produced pretty much spoiled , just lazy staff , rotten watermelon just sitting on top of what could be good watermelon , strawberries all have mold just sitting by the entrance door , pineapples are molded , basically if it's not in refrigerator area it's bad . Staff did not care when shown or reported made zero efforts to correct the situation

I have been to a few Aldi's in this area, this one is by far the cleanest and friendliest. Things are always picked up, and the staff are always willing to help. Plus, who can turn down a good Aldi's deal?
