Online says they're open 24/7 but doors are locked at midnight? Cashier says they close at 9 every night yet had my doordash order ready for me. If you close at 9 every night, pretty sure closing doesn't take 3 hours.

So, I stopped to put 20.00 in my tank around 6:00 am on my way to work. I stopped at pump #4 . I put my card in and started pumping. When my total started going up to $19.00, I tried to release the handle but the handle wouldn't release and continued to fill. In the process of trying to stop the pump, the gas started spraying out all over my clothing and face. I pressed the HELP button but no one came. I eventually threw the pump on the ground and the handle released and stopped spraying. I walked into the store and asked if the HELP button Works..the clerk , said No. I started to explain what was happening. This man put his coat on and walked to the pump with me, during our walk, I started telling him the story. He wasn't clearly listening because , heBecame rude and mouthy. When I explained that I only wanted 20$ worth of gas and it had climbed up to 29.49 and all of that extra gas didn't make it into my tank because it sprayed all over me , my car and ground.I asked for a 10$ credit and he said, we give no refunds! I asked to speak to the owner, and he said he was the owner. He didn't offer a apology or are you okay? He was rude! I continued to tell him that this wasn't a good way to run a business. As he walked away he called me a BITCH! So we exchanged a few more words and he became enraged and became scary, screaming at me! I got into my car for safety and drove off.I had to go home and shower which made me late to work. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE SIR. If I could give 0 stars, I could.

If I could give a 0, I would. It's 12:52 p.m., on Friday July 9th. On the hot food case, was a sign showing a special for 2 pieces of pizza and soft drink for $3. I specifically asked the clerk, if it was $3 for my exact order. She said, "Yes." She proceeded to ring up the order and then overcharge me for it.... when asked why, she stated something about rewards. I had JUST asked her about the price!!! Not the brightest bulbs.

All workers there are terrible. I call to talk to manager and got hang up twice and everytime i call i phone rings rings and nobody answer. I made an order on May 1st to 7-eleven on 3050 Graham Rd Stow, OH 44224. My order was charged and processed when the DoorDash driver got there, the worker in 7-eleven gave by order to a different costumer and decided to no remake my order and cancel it, as a today i have not got my refund on my account.

I never write reviews on places, so me to do this means alot. So I walk in and the cashier glares at me, no hi, nothing. So I walk over to her and the only word she says to me is "YEP" so I walked out. Then she had the nerve to lie to my face. I'll be taking my business elsewhere, the employees need to learn customer service skills.

Clean store, friendly staff, great rewards program. Shelves are kept well stocked. Only issue we've encountered is even the newly installed pumps are regularly out of service.
