Horrible service and delivery, always throwing my packages on my porch in the weather when I have a covered porch. Like you can put it by my door out of the rain and snow? Its not hard to do your job correctly and be respectful of peoples property.

Why was my Saturday mail not delivered? Why is it when the weather is iffy, the mail either does not arrive or arrives really late in the day? This is a management problem most certainly, and it must be rectified soon.

I’m calling about my package that couldn’t be delivered because it was the wrong zip code or something and it’s not letting me speak to anyone and the answer machine not helping to where I need to get .
