19 hours agoNEWWhere to start? Purchased an 18 Rav 4 from this dealership. Not even the one I agreed on. Day of signing Mike called me & said they can't get the cheaper rav 4 to pass an inspection because the owner of the dealership had it and drove it drunk and wrecked it. The only one they have that could be certified pre owned is the one I have now.First couple month of owning, electrical system failed and caused an accident. Took it in multiple times for same problem, just kept replacing a fuse. About 15,000 miles in, car wasn't accelerating which almost cause me to get hit by a semi when I was merging because it wouldn't pick up. After blaming the auto body shop for the car running unsafe, Jason Neff then said it needed a transmission flush. Paid for that, held off problems for about a month. Took car back in, this time Jason Neff told me to take a video of car acting up while I'm driving at high speeds. Told him I'm telling you this car isn't safe, it almost got me killed and is running worse & you want me to take my hands off the steering wheel to take a video for you? His response I need a video, can't do anything unless I have a video. Took video, which clearly shows transmission malfunctioning, rpm's all over the place, not accelerating and smoke blowing out of the car's exhaust. Showed the video to him & as usual Jason Neff talked down to me and laughed as if I was a stupid female, which I'm not , he ignored the issue but said to leave it and his mechanic will look at it. 2 days later, Jason Neff calls me and says the car has a lean engine, it's not safe to drive, covered under warranty, and he'll call tomorrow for a rental. This man knows I use my car for a living btw and continues to put me in an unsafe car just so the warranty doesn't get used. Next day, no call from Jason Neff, called him, he said sorry I got the vehicles mixed up, yours has no electrical problems & no service engine light on. He then said the mechanic flashed my computer system, it's something they needed to do because of the warranty. Picked up car, electrical system light on, service engine light on. Went back in to talk to him, and the other worker stated he's in the bathroom and will be in there for a while but will call me back. Never received a call from Jason, even left numerous message and left messages for Ryan. Again, no call back.Got a call a couple weeks after from a sales man stating I can trade my car in, and that the Toyota mechanic & Jason have both been fired due to what they've done to other customers. Said thanks but never doing any business there again. Problem still exists, took it to another mechanic and he confirmed they flashed the computer, to avoid any codes popping up until after the warranty has expired. And funny enough you see what Team Toyota has reported under my vin, it's just what I complained about. And most visits weren't documented. Nothing about flashing the electrical system. After reading other service issues most sound about right. Stay away from the sales department and especially the service department. They are liars and this has happened to other customers I've spoken with. Just so they throw the car under the rug and wait until the warranty expires. Go to Tridelphia, Moon or Ferris. Their service is honest. And also, my car doesn't get an oil change every 10,000 miles and Jason Neff charged me for an oil change every 5,000 miles. The other tech who is no longer there me mentioned that to me. Last time I was in, new tech got me a rental and said they'd get it fixed. Had it for 2 days again, called & I asked if the mechanic drove the car, did the recommended services, oil change, and he said he has no clue, mechanic just had car for 2 days to diagnose electrical problems. I said I need him to get to the engine and transmission which are huge safety issues, but you'll charge me 300 for the mechanic to run electrical. A bunch of crooks. I was told one of the many ti

I bought a car there Nov 2 2021 and a month later engine oil light came on found out 2 months later engine had to be replaced so Team replaced it with a Used Engine From LKQ Auto Salvage now it's still burning oil and team will not fix it I called Jordan Teramana and Ryan Westling about the issue they still to this day May 30 Have not returned my calls So Beware Buying From Team Toyota in Steubenville Ohio Poor Customer Service They will sell you anything and Will Not Do What They Say They will do to help any customers out So save the money time and Shop else where to buy a Vehicle My Attorney said they are on a Breach Of Contract Because Car is still under warranty and they will not repair it

I leased a car yesterday from Team Toyota and the salesman, Mike Wineman, made the entire process a breeze. He handled the trade in of my old car and took so much time with my daughter, finding her the perfect vehicle. In the past, he helped my mom purchase her car and she recommended him to me. Mike actually made the process fun so I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new/used car. I'm hoping he will be there once my lease is up, to find me another vehicle! :)

We love Team Toyota! We just purchased our 4th Toyota from here. Mike Wineman, our sales guy who has always been responsive and helpful and Steve Deperte was great with financing options.We live almost 2 hours away - but it is worth the drive to deal with Team Toyota.

Had yet another great experience with Greg Whitehurst at Team Toyota! Finally, found another salesperson at a dealership with a NO PUSHY, fantastic salesman! He isn't pushy like so many others. You want to deal with someone, go to Michael Wyat! We just bought a Toyota 4runner without being shoved into something we didn't want or need. This is our first Toyota and WE made the decision, NOT the salesman. I absolutely love that. Nobody likes a pushy salesperson! Michael is great to talk to, is very informative, loves his job & gets you in and out in a few hours. It's a ton of paperwork but well worth it. We had no intentions of buying the day we drove past and just wanted to look. They let us take a brand new vehicle for a spin that didnt have the keys out of the bag yet, wasn't even put into their system and still had plastic on the seats. The vehicle had 1 mile on it. I would definitely go back to him to buy another vehicle! So much for "just looking"! Lol.
