Finally had an oil change and tire rotation done in under 2 hours. I’ve been bringing vehicles here for years and it’s always slow having service done. I told them about a part I needed when I called to schedule this time and yet they still had to order said part when my appointment came a week later. So I’ll have to go back for that install.

I recently needed an oil change and when I contacted Team Toyota in Steubenville they told me they have a Mobile Oil change available.. it was so nice that I didn’t have to drive and wait for my maintenance. Very friendly and very convenient when you don’t have extra time ! Thank you Team Toyota!

Went to Team Toyota in Steubenville to buy a RAV4. I would highly recommend Mike Wineman. I came home with a new RAV4 thanks to Mke. He went above and beyond. Super friendly and very knowledgeable.

I had my RAV4 serviced at team Toyota. My rear wiper blade wiper was broken by an AutoZone employee. It only took one day to order the part and have it repaired the next day, the best part the employee said not to worry we will billed AutoZone for the service. I didn't not have to take the time to go to AutoZone and give them the bill. Thanks so much for excellent service.

Our experience in car buying with Team Toyota went well beyond expectations. The friendly, knowledgeable staff were patient and went out of their way to make our buying experience low pressure and low stress. Michael clearly knows cars and was able to address all our questions and sync the electronic system with our phone. Justin explained the financing and, again, was awesome. We never dreamed that we could buy and take home a car on the same day. Well done, guys! We highly recommend Team Toyota!

Found the Prius Prime I was looking for through Edmonds. They were very helpful with all paperwork and smooth, seamless help among the team members to make the purchase "pain free."
