Husband bought a Rural King tractor with implements about 3 months ago.Total $38,000. Joined their reward program to get the points. Put 50 hours on it, so needed to do its first service. Came back to RK to get the fluids and filters for that first 50 hour service. Cost $270 plus. The points for the tractor purchase had already expired as at checkout we were informed there were no points. Are you kidding me!? What kind of rewards program is that!? And there were no bags for the popcorn and was told Oh well. Hmmm. Was not a good day.

Friendly staff- always willing to answer questions, especially in the chicken department! Prices are comparable to other farm stores, some are even cheaper than other stores. I enjoy the selection of t-shirts and live poultry.

We always enjoy shopping here people so helpful. Popcorn is always fresh. Today we got a surprise. They had an animal adoption agency and showing off the animals ready to adopt. They are so cute
