Terrible place to go. Took my 2020 f150 in for simple oil change and inspection make sure everything is ok. Then I am told whoever did my oil change last had broken my engine oil filter cap and it will need to be replaced. Little did the shop know that that was actually a brand new engine oil filter cap that I had watched be replaced by the last oil change place after they had broken it as well. Manager then proceeds to call around and can't seem to find anyone that has one and of course no one around can get one till Tuesday. This is Sunday. After all this I'm called to the counter to pay and am told the new oil filter cap is going to be $270 and they will have it Tuesday. But wait says the manager I can discount that and take it down to $170 mind you l've already looked up the part and can see it is only $72.99 at AutoZone. So I am the. Told it would be best if I just go buy the part and I can bring it back in for them to fix.
Sounds like a sweet gig, break someone's stuff then send them off to get the part and to pay for it after you tried to up charge by $200. And so I pay my bill $110 for oil change, inspection, and tire rotation. Walk out to truck hoping the now broken oil filter isn't going to leak on my way home I happen to notice that my tires have not been rotated at all which I'm sure in turn means no sort of inspection was probably done. Absolutely disgusted with this place. Looking back I thank god that they didn't perform any other services or touch my lug nuts.

My van wasn't starting, and I wasn't sure if it was the battery or something else. I called Monro and spoke with Angel who was so kind and helpful. I left my van overnight and she called in the morning to tell me they tested everything and discovered all that was needed was a charge. There was no charge for what they did. How refreshing to find an honest auto service!!! I'm so grateful and happy to know where to take my vehicles in the future!

Visited location without appointment. Needed two nails removed from tire. The manager, Brian Meadows was courteous & professional. His staff replaced the tire immediately and I only waited 20 minutes for all work to be completed!! They are great!!! Thank you for being so efficient!!

I try to avoid monroe after issues I've encountered in the past with them. I felt my wheel bearing was bad and asked them to check it for me since I would be driving to Florida soon. They told me in was perfectly fine and nothing to worry about. 2 weeks later it failed while driving, the same one I asked to have checked. Not sure how you can miss something that obvious.
