I call their phone number, and NO ONE answers, just kept on hold. Guy came to put up our blinds, the rod wasn't making the blinds turn, said he would order another rod, we waited and waited 4 weeks, so called and asked them what happened, here they didn't even order it! So my window is half opened when closed, and still haven't put up the valance! I am disgusted. Cause about the same thing happened years ago, we ordered a shower, and waited and waited, and here it wasn't even ordered. What is going on?

I purchased a washer and dryer from my mom from the Steubenville Lowe's tour along with all the accessories necessary. The people there suggested stacking it up. I paid extra for the kids and they did not even bother to use what came in the package, and it was not balanced Weeble wobble, and with a big enough load, it might fall down. And I gotta pan forward to keep water leaking because it's on the second floor. They didn't even do that right. Lousy service I wasn't here. My mom was and she's 80 years old so they just, Literally dick their way through that one. And on top of it all I have not been able to get a hold of anybody because they delivered it from another store and it had a 48 hour warranty on it but I've been playing with so many people from Lowes, I buy from the Steubenville store. I deal with them. I deal with them, and in the end they tell me it came from the Washington store. I called the Washington store but nobody picks up. So I have to call corporate and they have to send an email so somebody will get a hold of me, everything is ironed out. There's supposed to be over here by 6:30 today and they're not here and the delivery warranty is void after 48 hours. and I've been working on this shit the past week. It was delivered on the 26th and she brought me over and I looked at the job and I said well that shits not gonna work so now here we are the runaround. Fuck you Lowes.

I'd leave a zero star if I could this store is miserable. Don't order appliances or anything for delivery! Never worked with more unprofessional people in my life!!!

I ordered three items from Lowe's and two of them arrived without issue however the third item was not delivered on time and instead of Lowes reaching out to tell me why I had to spend 3 hours on the phone being transferred 6 times to get no resolution. Horrible company. I will go elsewhere for my future hardware needs.

Believe the paint staff are the only employees in the building as they are the only ones who know how to do their job and are actually in their stations. If you do find someone it's a 50/50 if they actually want to help you or just push you down another aisle and walk away.

Wow this is not my lowes. Visiting family and decided to go out for supplies. Seriously here was his order. Two bags of fertilizer, and a bag of seeds. This place is a cluster F@$k. We checked the app. Before we left. Obviously it is not updated. I understand the manpower shortage, it's everywhere. This was not a busy time. I noticed the new trainee's trying their best, and I'm giving credit too them.(the trainee's) The layout of this store is well marked on the inside. The outside of the lot is a cluster ad I stated earlier. No wonder there's accidents in the lot, the flow is bad, and with the entrance to the restaurant next door is not conducive ( my English teacher would be proud) to a harmonious flow of traffic. This is a traffic nightmare. Please work on stocking up what's on the app.or at least update the app. Better. Try he Lowes in Wheeling can give you tips on how management should run a store. It's also newer, but run better.

We live 45 minutes from this store. We look on line and see they have what we need only to get there and find that what we need has been opened! Ask the person in the dept (when you can find someone) if we can open it all the way to inspect. They say no! It's just from being shipped. Well when we drive all the way home and get read to start the job the handle (kinda of important for the equipment) is missing!!!! We called and they said it happens bring it back and maybe get one with it!!!! I warn you this has happened so many times Lowe's should be your last option their truly that bad!

I got hit by one of their delivery's drivers. Who was driving under suspension and totaled my car. And since it's third party it has been a complete nightmare trying to get their insurance company to call back mine. They keep avoiding them. The company is a joke.

So my family was in the middle of getting our bathroom remodeled we bought all the parts but while the project going on we find out the faucet for the tub wasn't the right size pipe. It was a manufacturing problem and all they would have had to do was grab the one from the floor and wasps out that one part for us and damage that one out and give it back to the warehouse but refused to do it! No they didn't wanna do that like it's my fault I didn't know what size I needed until the work was in progress. Everything was 1/2 inch expect that one part. You guys have gone way down hill even before covid! You have employees that don't know anything or have any knowledge of anything and just fake it until you make it! I work in retail for housewares appliances and I have worked my butt off and gathered as much knowledge about my appliances that I sell to help my customers. Your suppose to say yes we can not no we can't! No wonder you guys are losing business. Customers are always right even when they seem like they really aren't they are right!

Lazy useless customer service. I needed door paint. 2 "associates" were yapping to each other in the electrical isle. I asked one for help. He pointed to the front of the store and told me he never leaves the electrical section. Then he proceeded to go back to his yapping with his buddy. This is by FAR the worst Lowe's I've ever been to. I wish I'd have gotten his name. Not that the company would have done anything about him but at least the customers could have avoided the idiot. Unfortunately he's par for the course in that store. I've actually ordered things from amazon in the Lowe's parking lot because I couldn't get any qualified help and I urge anyone else to do the same. I realize that good help is hard to find nowadays but these people would aspire to be traffic cones. Pitiful.

They need to fire the third party delivery service. After 5 attempts to have a stove delivered, I decided to get it myself. What an unorganized cluster. I don't think we'll buy another appliance from them.

I went to return 25 nuts, washers and bolts at the Steubenville store. Unbeknownst to me the person who rang up my purchase only charged for 23. I was treated like criminal. The returns person had a bad attitude. She told me she couldn't give me more than I paid. I agreed. I said I am not trying to pull anything by getting more money than what I paid it is not complicated. At this point, A tall thug working in the store walks me and puts his nose up to my nose and said to me to be quiet. I said okay but, he continued menacing me. I had to tell him "please leave me alone" and pulled my phone to record him. This is the only thing that stopped him from physically harming me. I told him I was not a tough guy; just a coward that just trying to get a refund. I never had an experience like this in my life. Is this how Lowe's wants to run a business? I did not appreciate the thug coming into my face with his spittle in these days of the Covid 19 pandemic.

WARNING - Lowes Lawnmotor warranty 1. Purchased a Husqvarna Self propelled motor for $404.10.at Steubenville, Oho 2, Purchased a warranty for $99.97 3. Dropped off the motor to Lowes Steubenville, Ohio store. 4. THE MOTOR RAN FINE..., but the Self propelled stopped working while cutting grass 5. After several weeks, called about motor. Told the self propelled motor stopped working because of debris in the part...I asked what are your talking about, I clean under the motor after every use.. 6. Said I don't understand...When I cut grass, check oil, gas, clean under the motor before putting away. 7. Asked how could grass debris get into the self propelled part to stop self propelled 8.Lowes manager said that's what Husqvarna told her, so warranty no good... Could not explain to me what I did wrong! 9. Over 70 years of age, been cutting grass a long time...Had self propelled stopped working over the years, when under warranty was always covered ( Sears craftsman). 10. So, spent a hundred dollars on a useless warranty, and now Husqvarna wants hundreds more to repair.... Would NOT even give me back the motor unless I give them about hundred dollars just to tell me what's wrong with it... Thing is I told them what wrong with the motor! 11. Both Husqvarma & Lowes, in my opinion, did not honor the warranty I purchased. 12. Was told as first I abused my motor...Wanted to know how I did that...MANAGER HAD NO ANSWER....Then told It was 'Wear & Tear;...So, using your motor to cut grass is Wear and Tear on a Lawnmotor... 13. WOW..Maybe I should had just made my motor a Flower pot and never used it!...You see, its in their self interest to refuse to honor their warranty...What good is spending a hundred dollars on a warranty when nothing is covered. 14. Goodbye Lowes

bought carpet for an entire house, after purchase 10 days go by, I've heard from no one, I called the installer, he said it was not in the system, you need to call lowes. this carpet was in stock carpet, that was not in stock, female manager said she's look into it an call me back in 10 min, well she never did an I had to call her back but when transferred to her phone she never answered. I spoke with Jason in flooring, he was the best, he needs promoted. he said he'll have it cut as soon as it gets off the truck, an it was. thank you jason. 5 star for him 0 stars for the female manager. when you say you'll call back, you need to CALL BACK an not make people wait oh an answer your phone.
