Would give a higher rating of they actually had cashier's. Tonight there was only self checkout and like 5 people standing around talking.

The store was beautifully clean and brightly lit! The prepared foods/cheese tray selection was wonderful and fresh! My now "fiancé" for me a dozen red roses from there that were the MOST BEAUTIFUL roses I have EVER seen! They lasted about a week and a half. Highly recommend and can't wait to shop there again!

Nestle Water is $1.79/6 pk, but when you buy 5 or more it's only $.79/6 pk. So I bought 20 6 pks.

Huge shout out to Steubenville Krogers. Because of a glitch our sons cake was never made. The staff jumped right on it and made him a great cake he was happy with! Always satisfied with my experience here.

Only applies to the Kroger at 264 S Hollywood Blvd. I have never seen a more lazy group of individuals. Customer service is definitely not a priority there. I was in there around 9pm And all of the people I encountered were so unmotivated And unwilling to help me find the reusable Kroger shopping bags. I asked three different people where they were and they all looked at me and said I don't know and looked at me like I was asking for the moon.

I no longer live around here but I stopped in for groceries while I'm in town for a few weeks. Not only did the majority of employees greet me and help me, but I even got a free bouquet of flowers. Midwesterners are the best! You rock, Steuby Kroger! Thank you!
