I sent in my ring for an engraving and a cleaning and just received it this evening and it looks like an entirely different ring, (in a bad way). The heart on the engraving was half done. The top of the ring looks like shit. It use to be shiny and looked great but now it's all scratched up no shine. They sent it back the first time with out black under the sapphire that made them pop and was supposed to fix the top. It still was not fixed the way it was when I bought the ring. I called another location by at this point I just want them to exchange the ring for a new one. They told me since it's not damaged I can't do the exchange. But to me it is damaged by they messed it up to begin with.”
