Always a great place to do your banking needs. We have been with Huntington for years now and no problems at all. As a matter of fact they try to help you so much in different ways. Appreciate this bank. Plenty of parking in front of bank/side of bank huge parking lots, appts are easy to get into if you call and schedule. Hours opened are great if one works.

I've had bank accounts all over the country and I can tell you that Huntington beats every bank in so many ways. They don't put profits over their customers! (24hr Grace, $15 OD Fees, Standby Cash, Neg balance). True banking with a passion for excellence! A+++

Need some parking. Never find a parking spot. Their workers park in the lot in front of the drive thru. Where's parking for customers? Noone ever go inside the bank anymore?

Employees are polite friendly and nice. They are very helpful when need questions answered and take the time to walk you through things if need it so you have hands on and can fully understand what you need. They are quick and good at what they do so no waiting in line the drive thru is fast so don’t have to sit in a hot car waiting you can be in and out under a couple of minutes. Cecelia am employee here helped me with all my questions and guided me in the right direction I highly suggest this bank over any in the area. When walk in they have sanitizer, mask and everything needed to help keep everyone clean and safe. You can walk in being upset or down and leave with a smile. So thank you Huntington Bank in downtown Steubenville, especially the employee that helped me Cecelia your the best and will continue to bank here. Thanks

Worst bank I have ever dealt with. Would rate them negative 5 starts worst customer service I have ever had it's always the same lady that gives slack and told me not to come.back oh I wont belive me.

Disgusting branch of a disgusting bank. Management does not return phone calls and will hang up on you if they feel you are not worthy of their time. I would rate them 1,000 negative stars if that were an option. Parasites!
