We've used your service for the past several years. The office is clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly. But mostly we are very happy with the lady who does our taxes, Carmen Burdett. She is on top of everything. She greats us, takes us back to her desk and gets right on it. Our time is very valuable so that is much appreciated. She may chat a bit when waiting for us to sign or something, but mostly she just gets it done. And she does so efficiently. We already made our appointment for next year.
