Store acting manager Brittany started off at 40 minutes past opening time by me having to knock on the door and her saying I forgot to unlock the door.Second she put her head right back into her phone and acted as if she did not want to help me at all.She stated that she could not help me pay my bill,kept putting the blame on me for the autopay issues I had been having for almost three months,very rude,did not do anything to help me at all and was as rude as could be. Will never return to this store for any reason.

The lady who helped us was really nice and helpful. She did an amazing job with adding our service and getting our phones ready for us. She activated them and put them in the cases we bought and put our screen protectors on them for us. Thank you!!

Cricket wireless is a great and growing company. They have some awesome deals going on right now (free phones and low priced plans) and they are growing by the day. Definitely cheaper than Verizon. I hear a lot of people asking the time they’re open and that includes: Monday-Friday 10-8, Saturday 10 to 8, and Sunday 12 to 6. Hope this helps for anyone looking for a phone plan!

New to the area but if I was going to choose a provider I am going with cricket. The coverage is awesome and as opposed to others they actually have some great deals on I phones and other androids. Nice leasing program as well as friendly and knowledgeable staff.

My mom switched us from AT&T today to Cricket. Alana and Ang were so helpful and knowledgeable. You wont be disappointed.
