“I had the day from hell. My husband and I called all over for a rental car. Everyone was sold out. I even booked a rental car at the airport but unfortunately I didn't have a credit card and even though I already paid online, I was denied the rental.Our truck's transmission went out a day prior, we spent two hours in a stranger's driveway waiting for a tow truck.Four lyfts later, at the end of my rope, and ready to break down I found this rental car place.I had to travel to Ohio from PA to find a rental car. Ever have a day where it's so bad you start laughing? I did that.When I calle, the woman on the phone was really sweet and I asked if she had any cars available and I was unbelievably relieved when she said yes and didn't require a credit card. Just a debit card connected to a bank account.Finally, our awful day was turning around. We called another lyft and made our way over.Got there and it was the highlight of the day. It went smoothly and everyone was super nice. Had a higher deposit for a debit card but I didn't care, we finally had a car!The car is beautiful. A kia. And we were only an hour from home. If I ever need another rental, this is the place I will absolutely go to. Thank you!! I still have the car and had to extend and they used my deposit. How awesome is that!?This place is awesome!!”
