Recently I had to have some work done on my RAM and I had planned to go to other dealerships an hour away from me instead of driving 10 minutes to these guys. I told them about a part I needed when I called to schedule this time and yet they still had to order said part when my appointment came a week later. So I’ll have to go back for that install.”
