My new go to trapping supply provider. Keith answered my email quickly and was very accommodating. Perfect experience compared to my past dealings on line with other suppliers. Would highly recommend Sterling Fur and Tool Company.

I've ordered products twice from this company, and both times, I have had the same issue. There was no tracking number available, and it takes a long time to receive your order. I sent an email with my order number asking for a tracking number. I never received a response. Good thing I have USPS informed delivery. I was able to see a tracking number appear on my account coming from Sterling, OH. But still no response from Sterling Fur for 5 days. The prices are good for the products offered. But with the slow shipping and lack of response to customer questions, it doesn't satisfy me. I won't be using this company for supplies anymore.

That place has everything!!!!! Always ordered via mail years ago. Had to go near it so I stopped by. Incredible!!!!!! I will order next time I'm going that direction and pick it up. Didn't realize I lived that close.

This place is awesome. I have ordered from Sterling numerous times and I have always experienced the best customer service. One time I ordered a trap basket that was damaged in the mail. Sterling shipped me a new one that day. This is about the only place ill order supplies from. I also ship fur to them and they are always very fair. I highly recommend
