Fantastic Facility and outstanding customer service! Worked with this location for a few years and they are always loading trucks in 1 hour and handling all customer needs.

I was 15 minutes late for my appointment when I went to the receiving office first they told me I will charge you $100 late fee but I am lucky because later they told me I will no charge late fees ,i guess i was a little late that's why and they gave me door right way and start unloading me. Appreciate woodruff.

Was at Loves called Woodruff to ask about loading early appt was for 1 pm. They took my ph # said when they had it ready they would call me. Called at 9:30 out bt 10 am. Great place as far im concerned

Check in 8:30am it is now 1:30 been in a dock door for 2hrs now with my doors open and they have not touched the load yet. They are very very slow here

The best Cold Storage you will deliver, accepted me 6 hrs earlier then my appointment time from 1:00 am to 7:00 pm check in.... loved in and out with in 45 mins.Thank you guys keep up the good work.

Very friendly! Loaded in very timely manner. Nice clean facility, nicest driver room I've ever seen on the road (been doing this 35 years) No overnight parking. Easy in and out.

Brought some rejected pallets here from a different receiver, the broker coordinated everything with them. They were very nice and friendly. Gave me a door right away and took the product off.
