My appointment was at 13:00 and I arrived at 12:15. I called the number on the stop sign by shipping/receiving and got a door right away. Signed in by door 10 after docking. Fast load, friendly staff. Nice driver's lounge with a real restroom and free coffee.

Fantastic Facility and outstanding customer service! Worked with this location for a few years and they are always loading trucks in 1 hour and handling all customer needs.

I was 15 minutes late for my appointment when I went to the receiving office first they told me I will charge you $100 late fee but I am lucky because later they told me I will no charge late fees ,i guess i was a little late that's why and they gave me door right way and start unloading me. Appreciate woodruff.

Was at Loves called Woodruff to ask about loading early appt was for 1 pm. They took my ph # said when they had it ready they would call me. Called at 9:30 out bt 10 am. Great place as far im concerned
