If you want poor customer service you have come to the right place. The manger threatened to call the police on one of my friends instead of deescalating. Needs to mature before escalating the problem when there wasn't one. Hopefully corporate can find better employees.

My buddy just got harassed by a manager because he "stole $20." It was left unattended in a self checkout machine and he took it. So the lady threatened to call the cops on him. Completely unprofessional, unacceptable, and bad. Get some class.

Absolutely terrible. With a group in Walmart and everything was fine until after we checked out. A buddy of mine found $20 completely unattended, and a manager completely swarmed him and said she would call the police if he didn't give it to her immediately. Even the security guard working said that if it were up to him, the money would be my buddy's. Terrible staff and management. 99% sure we saw her pocket the money afterwards.

Don't buy here I bought an Oculus Meta Quest 2 and they gave it to me packaged and used when I went to return it they told me that I couldn't return it that the Oculus lens doesn't fit the box and I didn't even use it !!!!

Good prices and good food. I mainly use delivery because of being disabled. The only color I recommend and this is why I switch to the other one is the total Road one need to seriously do you have got a job already? I want to delivery and shopping.

Good experience getting an oil change today, that ended up with new tire, tire pressure sensors and valve stems (TPMS), and wiper blades. I got there at 7:30 for an oil change, no appointments, first come first serve. I wanted the tires rotated, but that can't happen, due to Walmart policy, since they were dry rotted, I was told. Tires are 6 years old and needing replaced, which usually mean research, and trying to find the best deal on Michelins. So I asked for a tire quote and said I wanted all new valve too. Quick quote, no Michelins, they have Goodyears, was told last week the Goodyears were discounted due to Black Friday, of course, so I did a quick internet search.... price for the Goodyear tires seemed in line with other "tire" places so I said OK. When can you get me in, we'll we have an 8am appointment, but if they don't show up, your next, it,'s 8am and the oil change is done. I'm told they give a 15min. grace period. Well the 8am doesn't show up.....I'm right in. Next issue is my 08' Accord has one piece valve stem and TPMS, they only have three, but they call the other Walmart in Springfield, bam they have the one piece TPMS I need. Walmart does not have runners, so I call, Richelle, tell here the story and say we can go to breakfast after the part transportation trip. Richelle picks me up, we do a round trip, when I get back I'm told the other tire will be done in 20min. We go to breakfast at Studebaker's, and I got the text that the job is done. Accord has new shoes. I got text updates the whole time. Staff was friendly. Service was quick. Thanks to the 8am who didn't show up, so go early.

Long wait time at pick up lot (2 1/2 hours). Under staffed and apathetic employees. No method available to reschedule pick up after check in. No method available to cancel order. Called local store and they referred me to 1-800- Walmart. The customer service rep (who could barely speak English) referred us back to the local store...

Bechtle Ave. Never has things stocked. I often have to go to multiple stores to get what I need. Rude staff every time I go there. Today, one of the self checkout cashiers yelled "ARE YOU SERIOUS? HE WAS IN LINE!!" to me as I walked to one of the two open registers after looking to see if anyone was in line and not seeing anyone. I would have appreciated (and expected) a simple "hey, there was someone in line" instead of screaming and attitude right off the bat. Very disrespectful, and a regular occurrence here as I have witnessed it several other times. Would give 0 stars if that were an option. Seems like all their employees need retrained in customer service and respect since those are essential job functions that are significantly lacking at this store.

Don't use Walmart pickup option here It won't be ready within the hour window they're given They won't update you They'll hang up if you call to ask And if you use the speak to corporate customer service option they'll rush to grab your order and substitute for random things Never had this issue with any other location and I travel A LOT

I could not locate my original comments about my dissapointment in being sold a bogus warranty and the unfair way I was handled after being told Walmart would replace my pool and then being told I would have to pay the difference.... I was wrong! Once put in contact with the GM he was overly fair split the difference and was very understanding thank you!!!
