Brand new to this, I'm opening a small property maintenance company and Dominic Catanzaro did what I can only express as "above and beyond" what I expected. It's taking a little longer than I thought but he kept in contact with me and double checked to make sure that all was correct as far as what was needed to operate and grow and to protect our community as well as my new business venture.

Wallace and Turner and our agent Ben G, have always gone above and beyond what we expect from an insurance company, they not only provide a service far superior to any other, but most times at a price that other insurance companies can’t compete with. I don't have Wallace & Turner for my insurance provider (yet, but I'm switching today or tomorrow) but my dad & brother has had them for 30 years. When my dad had his accident (at fault) they were amazing. They did exactly what an insurance company is suppose to do. They didn't try to screw my dad over or anything.

I OWN A TREE COMOANY AND NOT A SMALL ONE LIKE MOST I SPENT 15 YEARS WITH JIM AT GUARENTEED.HE RETIRES AND WALLACE AND TURNER TOOK OVER I TRUED TO PAY MY PREMIUM WHICH MILES WOULD NOT ACCEPT UNTIL HE SPOKE TO THE BROKER WHICH CARRIED US I MYSELF SPOKE TO THEM WHICH THEY WERE MORE THAN GLAD WHEN I WENT IN TO MEET MILES HE SPOKE DOWN TO ME LIKE I WAS BENEATH HIM AND RECOMEND I PURCHASE INSURANCE ON LINE NOT KNOWING I HAVE A BAR 8 HOUSES I INSURE AS WELL AS EQUIPTMENT FOR 3 CREWS SO I IN TIRN CALLED THE BROKER BACK AND THEY HAD ME AN AGENT IN SPRINGFIELD WITHIN 45 MINUTES SO BEING IF YOU DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY I RECOMMEND YOU NOT DEAL WITH MILES AND FOR HIM YOU SHOULD NEVER JUDGE A MAN BY HIS WORK BOOTS AND BLUE JEANS I MAY JUST HAVE MORE MONEY THAN YOU SIR !

I have been with Wallace and Turner for over 15 years. Anytime I have a question, I can give them a call, talk to a real person and receive then best guidance for all my insurance needs. I appreciate that they are local to Springfield, Ohio for over 150 years and continue to invest wholeheartedly in the community. Family had been using this insurance agency for 10+ years. There was an incident where a several dollar discrepancy in payment led Patrick Field telling a family member they were not covered when an accident did occur. The check written to pay the insurance premium for that policy contained the correct policy number in the memo; it was several dollars short. At the end of the day this "hometown" insurance agency sure felt like one of the bigger companies just in it for the money. Patrick was not willing to work with the family on a resolution. All, after 10+ years of personal and business policies with the company. They lost our business. State Farm has been a great change, and better pricing.
