My dog Kobe is obsessed with coming to Wags N Wiggles for daycare! When I'm on vacation, I love knowing that he is being well taken care of & is having a vacation of his own. It makes being away from home a lot easier. They do all kinds of fun events for the dogs like pool parties & foam parties. I love getting the pictures of Kobe & his friends! Couldn't recommend them more.

Bear loves going to wags to play with his friends! I’ve only had positive experiences with boarding and daycare. It’s always a guarantee Bear comes home tired. I love that the staff sends pictures and posts everyday on Facebook!

Both of my dogs know exactly where we’re going once we get into town, they’re obsessed with wags! We have boarded both dogs and received exceptional care and daily updates. My mini golden doodle stays socialized and it’s the only thing that completely tires out my aussie mix. The dogs are in wonderful hands with them and we tell everyone we know about the wonderful people who work there ☺️

I moved to Springfield about 3years ago from Columbus. My dogs had been going to daycare there and for me finding a new good daycare facility for them was really important. I talked with Laura and was immediately impressed and those initial good feelings have only grown since my dogs have been going regularly. I know they’re having a great time, getting lots of exercise and socialization as well lots of love in a safe and fun environment. There are lots of great activities and events…Quinn recently celebrated his 4th birthday with all of his dog and human friends there. They know when I say “Wags and Wiggles” that they’re going to one of their very favorite places and they give me a lot of “wags and wiggles”. The staff is beyond wonderful…so kind, caring, communicative and you can tell they love what they do…it’s not just a “job”. Everyone is family. I can’t begin to say enough good things about our experiences. Thank you Wags and Wiggles for being my dogs second home.

This is the only place we will board our dogs or take them to daycare. They love it here and are always well cared for. Keep up the great work, Wags N Wiggles!!!!!

I take my dogs Gypsy & Kali here, they always come back happy and tired from a long day of play. Staff is also very friendly and sends pictures of them while they’re there.

Because of an illness with the owner, Maxine the dog had to spend a long stay here. She had exceptional care and the staff treated her as if she was one of their own pets. The staff sent daily pictures of Maxine which helped the owner to recuperate and not have to worry about her whatsoever. Maxine is now home and both her owner and her are doing fine. Thanks again!!!!!

The boarding policy for new customers is a scam and is not communicated at all until the last minute. I called to schedule boarding my dog and they informed me that she needed to have an assessment which cost $20 and needed to be up to date on vaccines. Both of those are totally acceptable and expected. However when we arrived to the assessment I was informed that there was an application I was supposed to print off and fill out. This had not been communicated to me by anyone and the worker at the front desk was rude about the fact that she had to give me copies to fill out. At that I time I was also informed that in order to board, my dog would also have to come to 4 doggy daycare visits beforehand. At no point did anyone I spoke to nor did the website give this requirement. Not only is it an unnecessary requirement that no other boarder I have used has, but if it is going to be a requirement then it needs to be clearly communicated. All it is is a way to milk more money out of a customer.

I tried to call to ask about information regarding doggie daycare and the woman on the phone was rude and unprofessional. She stated "uh this is a busy time call back later" and proceeded to hang up. I had no idea it was a busy time as I have never used these services before. I can understand everyone has bad days however, I tried to maintain a pleasant disposition and did not warrant a negative response.

Laura & her team are wonderful! My shih tzu , Bella, gets wonderful care while I am recovering from serious back surgery. They give her the eye drops that she requires & love her like her own mama!! Happy to receive pics showing her playing with the other dogs!! Wags N Wiggles is a godsend for me & Bella!!
