We went into this store so my mom could turn in her phone for trade in but we could not figure out how to reset the phone to factory and take it off of SOS mode. Hannah was unable to take the phone at that store because it’s not a corporate store, but she at least got our phone ready to turn in and told us which store we needed to take it too! She was amazing and if I wanted a new phone with Verizon this is the location I would make my purchase!

Alex was great and helpful
I never gave the review listed above for this Verizon store located at 3463 E. National Rd,Springfield Ohio. Looks like the employee Alexander P took it upon himself to give a review in my name with my old phone that I traded in. I believe this is a form of fraud. In my opinion he must be trying have some sort of gain trying to impersonate me.

Alex at Far hills is always right there if I need help, she always explains the phones and devices so I can understand. Anytime I call for help she is always ready. I just want to post this cause I think she is a great employee and helps explain things just right. Thank u alex
