I had insurance on my phone, while I was waiting to get it fixed I had to use a different phone, since I had changed the phone on the line for more then 30 days they automatically canceled my insurance without telling me and no longer will fix the phone. Store said it is my fault for not checking my individual charges on my bill every month.

Manager, Trevor, was both rude and impatient while just discussing the wait at their location. He was dismissive and made us feel both disposable and inconvenient. No customer service whatsoever

Verizon customer since 2008 in Northridge. The service has never worked in homes. Switched to AT&T and it is amazing. I cannot believe I wasted that much time and money. If you live in Northridge, I cannot believe you still use Verizon. They will never fix this issue plus they’re a shady company with unethical contracts.

The people that to my door for the promotion of the Wi-Fi they had told me I was approved by the program that was totally free. Nope got a bill for a $110.00. They didn't fill the paperwork out right. So I told them to stick it where the moon don't shine.

This store allowed someone to access my account today and sold them an iPhone 15, iPad, and Apple Watch while cutting off my access to my phone. To bypass the fail-safes Verizon has in place, there's no way it wasn't done without help. I have now spent hours with Verizon support to deal with this issue and my phone is experiencing issue after issue thanks to this failure on the staff at this location. Would not recommend.

I went to this version store with my 82 year old mother. We were greeted immediately and soon a young man by the name of Sam offered to assist us. outstanding young man very patient with us and answered all of our questions without making us feel like we were bothering him ! Gret job ,every version needs a Sam Jones in their building! thanks so muck!

Sonja was a great help in explaining bill and set up for my new phone. Had number of issues after purchase of phone at Best Buy. Sonja was knowledgeable and very pleasant while addressing issues.
