Take an item to return through Amazon and have the label they wanted me to printed off and they tell me I have to go to a UPS store. What is the purpose of this store to begin with other than to tell you that you can’t take an item back that was delivered by UPS. America if full of imbeciles that don’t know how to do their jobs.

I ordered something and the package should have arrived three days ago, and now it tells me it will arrive next week, and I tried to change the address to get my package faster, but do I have to pay extra money to receive something that was already paid for? UPS it's a joke, your deliverers are lazy and don't do their job efficiently

I missed a signature Next Day Air package at my home and called UPS to arrange pickup from the UPS location the same evening (Friday). UPS indicated I would be picking the package up at the West Carrollton location, but when I was called to confirm pickup the package was in Springfield. I couldn’t make it to Springfield that night and the woman (who was very helpful) told me that I could pick it up in the morning (Saturday), that they would be closed, but to call ahead and they would have it ready. I did just that, I called ahead and the person working says now they can’t find it, and seemingly put very little effort into finding it. He spent more time explaining to me why he couldn’t find it than he did looking for it.This is a very valuable Next Day Air package that I need, and now have no recourse but to wait out the weekend and holiday and hope they find it and deliver it. If you can avoid the Springfield location, do so, very poor customer service. Very disappointed.

Worse ever delivery service. They have your address but say they can't deliver so we go to pick it up and they can't find it even after we just talked to them and they confirmed it was at that location. Sorry service very unhappy

Cannot get a hold of anyone..when it appears they have my packages...but not delivering...national number no sat.sun, I tried social methids. They dont no either. Tracking numbers show all packages in springfield there since friday or saturday ..out on truck for delivery..but not delivered on sat. Or monday. Now not shoeing where but poor weather. It hasnt been bad since friday..i think lost over in springfield hub??? Why contacting soneone there would help.

Finding them is virtually impossible and talking to a human on UPS anything is the same. When I did finally get a person on the UPS site they we hard to understand and then they just hung up. It's frustrating to pay for delivery just to pay an additional amount for them to hold the package at a facility because they don't deliver on weekends when I'm actually home. Very poor customer service all around. I even called a UPS store and they agreed that big UPS is rude to them even.

Hope you never have a problem with delivery, etc. Impossible to contact anyone on the phone . The Springfield, Ohio distribution center must leave the phone off the hook, it rings busy 24/7. Automated phone system is a waste of time ,the email claim process is a PITA and all you get is genetic replies.
