This is the 3rd time they "couldn't find my address" which is even funnier this time because there was another drop off in my same building. It's kinda sad this keeps happening

Take an item to return through Amazon and have the label they wanted me to printed off and they tell me I have to go to a UPS store. What is the purpose of this store to begin with other than to tell you that you can’t take an item back that was delivered by UPS. After changing my choices to NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED, and while I was sitting at the front door, the driver I had been watching on the tracking site, slipped up, posted a note on my door and left.What does a person have to do to get a package from these imbeciles?
