I just walked in the UPS and had a Christmas blow up to ship out. I had no box only address to ship to and they put it all together for. It was awesome that’s to employee 282248.

Employee at the front, a lady, was extremely rude and distasteful to deal with. The entire experience of shipping items, which is considerably easy mind you, was made 100% more difficult and stressful. Shipping rates were higher than anywhere else, worker changed them while talking. Made excuses for and why it was this much. Tried to say a 1lb box shipping nationally was more than what I've shipped here internationally. Horrible, horrible, experience to deal with. I cannot overestimate how much of a negative experience this was.

Every time I have entered the UPS store in Bechtle. I have never waited but a minute or two. The staff is very friendly, courtesy to your needs, knowledgeable of shipping and handling other issues.
