Staff has ptsd because customers are threatening him. My claim # presented as appointment staff didn’t have any of my information tablet was left for repair for 56 days was assured it would be available for Christmas Eve for a gift when I got there it was not complete completed because the claim number was presented as an appointment. I wasn’t able to give my daughter’s pad before Christmas. He said he was it was unrepairable and he was going to fix that over the holidays. I want to check the email so I could select the correct tablet. It said that there was a delay on the repair and so I called after the new year he said he fixed it then it said it was a delay on the repair until the ninth. I had to call back and talk with another Associate who finally deemed his unrepairable and put it in the correct status in order to receive an email from assure him to select the tablet it was a time consuming experience, not very pleasant. Also, the uBreakiFix stated that there are two addresses listed for the facility, which is the reason of the claim processing issue to the point where they’re having irate customers because they have not completed the jobs because the system doesn’t have the information correctly, so I highly suggest you guys get it fixed and remove one of the addresses so peoples claims can come through properly.

Took my Google pixel in to have the screen replaced under warranty. Jacob handled the warranty process and replaced the screen same day! Very happy with my experience here.

Wish I could give zero stars. Absolutely do not waste your time going here. They had my daughter’s iPad for two weeks after saying it would only be a week. The worker named Jacob was extremely dirty, and rude. They need to watch who they hire. Go to batteries and bulbs it’s Cheaper, and way better service.
