The technician, Sam, did a very good job fixing my cracked screen. It was ready quicker than expected! Very nice!! He was professional and courteous!

Had my wife's zflip6 for 4days. All of sudden within those 4 days about half my wife's accounts got hacked that was on her phone. Most those accounts had 2step on them. only our master pin that we gave them would work to unlock the security stuff. Also said they wher waiting on the part to fix it and 4 days later I had to call them to find out they " couldn't fix it"
I'm just saying it's rather suspicious and I hope this store didn't really have anything todo with all of this but we are backtracking all the logins so if I find out different information I'll change my review.

My laptop ? needed immediate repair and I was told not to worry as it will be fixed today and to return back to the store in about 30 minutes and it was and the repair bill was awesome ?

They do excellent work. Samsung S22 Ultra could not get a signal, busted antenna and board. They had it fixed up in a couple of hours.

They replaced cracked screen did a great job and did it in the time they said even though it didnt worknout the first day because i came late in day and they were busy... they held the part needed for me and completed the next day. Also compared prices at multiple places and had the best price. Thank you

It is so difficult finding a place to trust to fix your electronics. They fixed my battery but my speakers didn’t work after the fix, however with a year long warranty they had them working again in no time.

Brought my wife’s phone into the store to be repaired. The sales rep was late to even open the store. Three customers waiting outside and he just strolls up about 10 minutes late and just takes his time. We are the first customer in line and rep tells us will take 2 hours. Three and a half hours later we call and still no call. We call in and he gets very defensive on the phone stating will be another severals hours and then when we get back to the store again is oblivious to the fact he messed up. Shame on corporate for only having one person in the store to take car of customers and repair phones. Maybe its a language barrier issue (he was Russian with very broken english) or something but rudeness is not acceptable by any stretch of the means
