No help :/ Needed help and couldn’t find a soul for a long time to help cut some PVC. Finally guy showed up to inform me “we don’t cut PVC, you have to cut it yourself.” And then 3 employees sat there and shot the breeze while I attempted the saw.
I went to Beavercreek HD and was helped.

Not long ago I picked up the 6 pk of the Ryobi power tool sets, now both of the of the batterys have stopped working charging and put my small business in a bad spot. So after calling home Depot and was treated like dirt my small business has to resolve the problem through Ryobi. Not cool my business relys on the tools and equipment. I don't have the option or funds to wait.

Ridiculous that I bought something from here using my Home Depot account but they cannot look up a receipt, Even Harbor Freight can do this. So now I have a defecting toolbox that I bought a year ago that I’m stuck with. Think I’ll shop at harbor freight from now on. Sad when they have better customer service

I placed an order for delivery on a Thursday, it was supposed to be delivered the coming Monday. It was not delivered they canceled the delivery due to now drivers. Rescheduled the delivery for Thursday the same weeks that’s was the best they could do.Thursday came no show for a delivery! I called them at 4:30 and ask if they were still delivering today and I was told yes. The morning after the delivery was supposed to be delivered I called the store the manager Steve couldn’t tell me anything. Told me the next Friday or Saturday it could be delivered!I ask for a refund and was told since I paid cash they would have to mail me a check! 7 to 10 business days! This is unacceptable by all means!I will absolutely never step foot in a Home Depot again. And I would advise others to do the same!

Had the worst experience ever, I’m a foreman that travels from state to state doing remodels and new build projects, therefore I’m at Home Depot almost daily, I had terrible experience with a HD associate named Craig, very rude, argumentative, and menacing has no respect for customers he yelled, told me I should know what I want from the store, then threw the items he retrieved for me in the cart twice. Disgusting person
