Waited almost 45 minutes for a scheduled appointment, even though they were not swamped with customers. Color job was fair-poor. Some hair didnt color at all and where it did color it didn't come close to matching previously colored hair. Disappointed.

Hands down the best salon ever! I’m so glad I stumbled upon them years back! I never have to worry about having something messed up like other places I’ve been to! They are the only ones I’ll go to or take my daughter to!

Meagan (sp?) does a great job with my super baby fine hair. She also suggested an awesome shampoo and conditioner and my hair has really improved! Thank you!

I don't have the words to describe how wonderful my experience was. I was nervous and Megan had me covered! The level of kindness and professionalism has never been beat in my experience. Great team, even when dealing with multiple clients they take the time to make sure you feel pampered and cared for. She understood the assignment and I actually cried tears of joy. I cried the whole drive home. I had 2 pictures. One of the style I wanted one with the bangs I wanted. The cut should have been a few inches at most. I assumed when she cut so short , in the back, it was so my hair would curl under naturally. By the second cut she made I knew it was to late… I’ve NEVER cried after getting my hair done. Until Thursday. I even told her not short, which she acknowledged. Considering it will take a year or longer to even grow half my length back, I will tell everyone, who comments on my hair, how the stylist just didn’t care to listen and suggest they think twice before going here for a cut.Service: Haircut

Uhg where so I start. I LOVE studio b and ive been coming for a while. I am currently moving out of town and I am supppppper sad I won't be able to come as often. All of the ladies here are sweet and beautiful, very professional. If I am not satisfied (which only happened once and they made it right immediately) they are so patient and understanding. Autumn is my favorite ? she's so sweet and professional and always does a great job on my brows and anyone who knows me knows I DO NOT PLAY ABOUT MY BROWS. I just moved to Springfield from Chicago and was nervous to find a new salon/stylist...well no need to be scared! The salon is clean and bright and everyone is warm and friendly. Plus I received the best haircut! I'm thrilled and have already scheduled highlights!

Wow! I just moved to town and really needed a haircut and oh my...it was A-Maz-ing! First, the salon is warm, inviting, and extremely comfortable. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, then I received a fabulous haircut. I hit the jackpot finding such a wonderful place so fast! Highly recommend!!
