I like it because our storage unit is on the inside, well lighted so you can see, convenient hours, and I like our Dave (can't forget the boss) very nice people ?

A few months ago my storage was broken into from the other side. Someone from Springfield storage came and screwed the wall back together. The storage unit center is not secure enough for people to store their items. After I moved out that's when I noticed that my luggage and my camping tent was gone. I moved out because of the increase of rent every 6 months. If we're going to be paying money then I feel like the unit should be secure enough where nobody on the other side can get into your storage unit. And all of my years of renting storage units I've never had a storage unit to be broken into. Very disappointed.
