DO NOT let your loved ones stay here, one of the nastiest unprofessional nursing homes I have ever seen!! Shouldn't even be a legal running business with how bad this place is, and the building looks like it's falling apart!!!

My sister was beautifully taken care of by this team of dedicated and caring people. I cannot recommend this place high enough because of the professionalism and compassion of the staff.

Filthy, disgusting, bed bug and mice infested place. You don’t want your loved ones here. When you have residents crying not to be put in bed because the mice crawl in it while they’re laying down, you know it should be shut down.

Thank you Miranda and Alicia for taking such good care of my Dadthat has dementia ❤ He was so distraught and having really bad anxiety before going to Springfield Nursing home. I got to have a visit with him and he seemed so much better and was so joyful. Its so hard dealing with this but I have a little bit of peace knowing he's being taken care of. ❤

Absolutely terrible place! Filthy, dirty, smelled absolutely horrible in there! Rude staff, rude aides, no phones in the rooms for you to contact your family.NOTICE no photos! why not? Probably because they don't want people to see how horrible it is in there!My mother went there for supposedly physical rehab, all they did was leave my mother just lay around, I believe they were dosing her with something because every single time I would go there to see my mother all she was doing was sleeping and that wasn't my mother at all! They would give the excuse well she's refusing to do the physical rehab, how she's supposed to do the physical rehab when she's all doped up and can barely stay awake to have a normal conversation! My mother could walk a little before she went in that place but she never walked again after she left that place. It's a real shame that Springfield Regional Medical Center would send anybody there! If you have a loved one do not let them go to this place!

Very very crappy place! Treated my Grandfather badly . Made several complaints and nothing was taken care of . I do not recommend this place to anyone !
