Great place to live and staff is great.. management makes it a drill camp with all the micromanagement going.. DON hasn't worked as a nurse but maybe when she first started there 20 years ago and likes to pick with her staff and run them off. But great place for residents.

As an employee here, I will surely say that our staff is so amazing! Not only that, just being able to see and talk to my wonderful residents alongside of my job of being able to serve them meals, always make me so excited to come to work! Our dietary team rocks, and Im so happy to be apart of the team here at SMC! ?
