I have been increasingly growing tired of Speedway not having icees available. The last 3 times I have been to this location the icee for my flavor wasn't frozen and in some sort of state of error. Other locations have been having the same issue but not as often as this location. Either way it has been hit and mostly miss being able to get one. I feel like it might be a problem because of pending 7 eleven transition, but I don't know. All I know is someone needs to get it together. One day I was trying to get one and struck up a conversation with this little boy's grandma and she said it was the 4th location trying to get mountain dew icee for her grandson. This use to never be an issue before maybe 3 months ago. I have gone to 2 locations and not gotten an icee multiple times.

No breakfast items AT ALL in the cases...it was 9:00 am! I asked one employee and she was nice. She told me that they were being made fresh right then and to ask the girl for one and she would give me one. Walked to the counter, waited and then she told me to order on the kiosk. Explained just wanted a breakfast biscuit, she refused to do anything unless I put it in the kiosk. So I left. Will not ever come back to this location looking for a breakfast

I love the drink selection here. I can't have carbonated or sugary drinks, so the brewed tea and sugar free cappuccino are very appreciated!

Bathrooms are disgusting. No soap to wash hands in men. Not even a soap dispenser in the women's bathroom. No T.P in women's bathroom. I told the cashier and all she said was ok I'll let them know. Like what is it you are paid for. When I worked in a gas station we done the cleaning and upkeep in-between customers. I was there at 5:12am on 4/25/22

Tell your employees to stop begging for customer’s lottery winnings. It’s SOOOOO annoying. I said “let me get a #3” *$20 winner* employee “I picked you a winner you gonna look out?” lol girllll. Another time. I’m buying tickets the most you can win is $500.. Different employee “if you win Big don’t forget me” lol it’s constant.. even if you buy a dollar scratch off they will beg you. Why do they feel entitled to customers money? For those who don’t know, if you agree to “Look out” for one of those employees if you DO win big.. if you don’t they can and will take you to court and win.. because you agreed. Plenty of cases on YouTube. So stay silent when they beg.(cameras) Give if that’s what’s in your heart.

The staff and the store have slowly started going downhill. They've discontinued all Speedway products and replaced them with 7-Eleven products which are horrible. The prices have all doubled and all of Speedway deals have been removed.The floors are now dirty when I go inside and the employees aren't as friendly and rarely say one word to you even while checking you out, unless you say something first and even then the employees act like it pains them to communicate with the customers.Speedway used to be my got to store but I will no longer use any of their stations, it's a 7-Eleven the only difference is they kept Speedway name. (for now anyway) if I wanted 7-Eleven products or their horrible prices I'd go to their terrible gas station. Speedway was one of the best and withing the last month or so 7-Eleven has basically destroyed it.
