Spectrum Internet has been going in and out since November 1st. Have had 3 guys to my house all of which ran multiple test and say my lines are good. Then they tell me it’s a main box down the street by the apartments that controls sections of the neighborhood. They can’t replace said box cause they don’t have the equipment. Won’t get the equipment til February for the Springfield area because they Started in Dayton instead. So we are just supposed to deal with having to reset our equipment 3-4 times a day some days more like 6 times until they replace that box. It’s been out at 6 am the past two mornings so I call this morning and I’m told there is a rush order on that box but have no idea when it’s going to be replaced. Asked are you going to put a note saying it’s falling out yet again and the guy says sure I can do that. Then I said I will be shopping around for different service and will be changing companies because this is ridiculous. Says alright have a nice day. They don’t even care about the customers. They want that 200 a month but can’t make sure my service is consistent. I don’t have time for this and I have assignments due every week. We can’t have tv or anything without the Internet. It’s beyond frustrating to call and call and call and get no where!!!!

They stole money from me mutli time You better check your bank statements cause it WILL NOT SHOW ON THEIR SITE It will only show they stole it through your bank. Horrible.

Worst internet service I have ever had. Resolution to issues require multiple calls. Worst of it is limited internet provider options in this area so Spectrum doesn't really have any competition.

My review is not of the store. It seems to be fair just typical rude and inconsiderate staff, but that’s everywhere but my review is of spectrum service itself. The absolute worst possible service you can get for cable, internet or mobile. Stay away from spectrum, check out every possible option available, it is cheaper for a reason and the customer service is absolutely horrible. They literally can’t wait to see you leave.

The five-star rating goes to Slusher. He was professionally efficient in the dispatching of his duties. My need to go to Spectrum was for equipment update. His helpfulness was appreciated. It was a very busy Tuesday morning; and, the wait time was over a half an hour. Of the four employees working, three were monopolized by customers with (apparently) larger issues. Since Time-Warner days, I continue to be a satisfied customer with no complaints with the service Spectrum provides. Thank you.

When I got inside no one told me I had to check in on a small tablet near the door. You wouldn't think to look at a tablet when you have tablets everywhere in the store. I waited 25 MINUTES before someone informed me. I asked why I wasn't informed sooner and was told they didn't notice. I came in carrying a big box and a toddler, you don't go very unnoticed. That's just the store side. Don't get me started of the outages with this provider. Smh...

The manager is absolutely rude and the employee was garbage. We paid for upgrade anytime plan and they won't honor it saying there's a problem in the system. So they then say just wait 2 days to 2 weeks maybe it'll be fixed. I have never dealt with such rude brainless people. Even customer service was same way all rude and liars. SCAM!!!SCAM!!! Liars scammers

This store has some of the rudest employees I have ever experienced. Along with the customer service representatives that work in the call center, who are rude as well. Spectrum should be holding these employees accountable for their responses to their customers.

The service it's self is good. The price is reasonable. On the other hand the in store customer service in store has me ready to find other service. Face to face customers should be treated with more respect and the reps need to act professionally.

One of the WORST network providers out there!!! Don't know how anyone can rate spectrum in general a 3+ star rating unless you work for them and trying to make other people think that they are a good business. It seems like we always have so many outages and problems with them, and when we do have an outage that takes a complete day to fix, they don't give us a credit or take money off of our next bill or anything. A lot of rude people work for them also!!!
