We paid in June for a spot to store our RV till oct 1st. We are evicted because our RV is old and junk Laura says. She didn't say anything Abt it for 3 weeks tho so idk what changed. We had a legal binding contract signed by her and my husband. The owner is a coward with no spine and won't call us because Laura tells him what to do and what he can't do ? who owns this place Mr Gold or this old outdated woman he hired Laura

I've had a unit here since me & my wife combined both of our 1 bedroom apartments and I needed somewhere to put the overflow. They're always helpful and flexible with payment times as I'm not always on time. Great place, clean and multiple sizes to choose from. There's even lot parking for vehicles, trailers and such.

The lady who works in the office is wonderful and extremely polite and professional. My issue is with the owner whom I was told by the previous manager, is a Cincinnati dentist. It's obvious that he doesn't make many visits to his storage facility in Clark Co. Entering the narrow gravel driveway that leads to the gate, it has some serious pot holes, which seems to indicate what to expect inside. Inside pot holes abounds. Someone needs to repair these deep trenches as it is damaging to vehicles especially the one outside the gate leading to the often busy highway. In its snowy or rainy weather, the pot holes give an impression that the path is flat. One can easily bounce and slide into traffic. Other than that the units themselves are in good shape. My suggestion for the dentist-owner is to fill the cavities of his business establishment.
