Lady was very rude. They sold their location in Fairborn didn’t inform me or anything. When I called to pay my storage they told me they didn’t take payments for that location anymore because they sold it. I told her that was crazy and she hung up on me before giving me the number. I called back 6x and she wouldn’t answer. I then called from another number got the number told her about the situation about just hanging up on me then she hung up on me again!! ?

They emptied out my space without calling me. I was sick, and when I called to set things straight, they gave me complete, rude attitude!!!The completely out of hand rude girl just yelled in my ear when I asked why they didn’t call to tell me they were emptying out the space. Little do they realize they lost lots of money on not giving me the opportunity to set things straight. And….. she said there was nothing on my account, so how did she know details?! Very strange. Very rude.

The reason why I am giving them a one star is because six months ago my mother passed away in the middle of the month and she was paid up and they would not allowed us to get into her storages and remove the items and now they are gone the guy had no compassion for what we went through we tried to get her stuff but he refused to let us not only my mother's stuff is going what she had in there of my grandma and grandpa is also gone.

Absolutely unprofessional. I tried reserving a unit, but the people that handle the actual renting dont work daily. Was told I would get a call back on Monday after the weekend from the lady that handles the Fairborn location. Never got a call. Called them back and the guy on the phone had to walk around and talk to everyone there just to find out any information. Then was told "No, you were supposed to call us" Then they told me the person that rents is not in again today, so you will need to call back tomorrow. i said fine, but told them again, i was supposed to get the call as i didn't even have the number of the person that rents. They then said "heres whats going to happen, we are not renting to you."

This place is nasty and disgusting. Rude staff and my unit was broken into within first month of having it. I highly recommend leaving your stuff on the side of the road. It would be safer and cleaner.

had locks available for sale. Smaller units are lifted up off the ground. Staff was friendly and helpful
