It was frustrating and emotional and overwhelming. I’m here to tell you though, Liz at Box King might be the nicest, most empathetic, most understanding, and most helpful human on the planet. She helped us weigh options based on our priorities and get the most cost effective, secure, and efficient services for our situation. This also included getting a box custom made for a large item! I cannot recommend her and this store highly enough. And if you read this, Liz, yes, everything so far has arrived safely. Still waiting for the last couple of boxes to arrive! Thanks so much!”
