I always seem to be helped by an employee who is in training and the manager doesn't stay around to help so the transaction takes longer than necessary and the employee had questions, has to leave the register to go to the manager sitting down in the office to ask the questions, etc. Why? Stay with the employee and TRAIN them. The manager or supervisor didn't acknowledge me, look me in the eye or greet me. Very awkward experience. Employee was friendly and helped me to my car with 5 gallons of paint. I appreciated that. Manager- be a better trainer and example.

I also go to Fletch and the other guy (can't remember his name) for help. They are always helpful with picking out paint and getting our paint mixed right away.

Stopped in on Saturday. Needed 4 gallons of Superdeck stain (Pinecone).They only had 2 so they called main st store and found 2 more.Was told to come back Monday morning and they would have all 4.At 8:30 Monday morning I went back and they had not gotten the 2 from Main st storeAnd since I had people coming to stain, I had to drive to other store to get what they were supposed to do.I did get an "I'm sorry"Not the best experience. Not sure I'd go back.
