Always great service! We can get an appointment that works for us. We have even had vehicles towed in after hours, used the night drop or just drop off in the morning. Always explains in detail if something needs done and estimate given before work started. It did take a little longer than I thought, but both Todd and Tom kept me informed about what was going on. I always use Rogers because it’s always fixed right the first time. I’ve been going there for close to ten years.Everything was completely fixed to my satisfaction. It rides like a brand new car and it’s 13 years old! The VERY best mechanics in the area. Fast, friendly, and VERY knowledgeable. Never try to rip you off by telling you a bunch of things that you don’t really need. Amazing shop, gives you fair prices and does good work!! I just moved here and needed help fast when my Nissan Ultima died on me (battery issues ?), they had a cancelation and got me in right away and had all the work done that day! I will def be taking all my vehicles here from now on!!!

I have been to many mechanics from Champaign, Clark And Montgomery county, none have proven their main goal is to fix your vehicle and not just to make money off of anyone that comes in. Rogers Garage in Springfield have been the one exception, and undoubtedly will be the mechanics I will visit anytime I need assistance with my vehicle. Where other places want to cover up your cars problems with cheap parts and non permanent solutions Rogers Garage uses high quality parts and actually care that they have made your vehicle function good as new. What is really exceptional about Rogers Garage is they provide this superior service for oftentimes lower prices with things like replacing your tires or brake pads and calipers costing hundreds less than most other mechanics. I can say with no hesitation that Rogers Garage is the most reliable, trustworthy mechanics I've ever been to and leagues above their competitors. It really is great to see a business with old-school values of hard-work and dedication in service of their customers. They tell you the facts with a highly transparent online update system, they won't try to sell you something your car doesn't need, they'll tell you what needs to be done, and they'll do it as quickly as possible. High-quality extremely reliable and trustworthy craftsmanship at a lower price than their competitors, very nice people as well.I highly recommend to others they avoid the scam artists elsewhere and take their cars to Rogers Garage, they made my car function good as new even though it is nearly two decades old and for a better price than anybody else would, Todd and the whole crew are truly lifesavers.Services: Tires

As always , when i leave Rogers garage i am confident they corrected my issue, no matter what it is. I have been going to Roger's garage since Keith started the business many years ago.Keith has been known for honesty and integrity.Keith has since pretty much turned the operation over to his sons. I got an oil change from Roger's Garage in May 2023. I had also asked if they would check out a weird noise my car was making. They found that the rear differential was leaking. I made an appointment to come back the next week and they fixed it quickly and at a fair price. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to people I know.
